Spaulted Apple Goblet

This goblet is made from some apple wood that was destined for the fireplace. I love the way a piece of wood can look horrible on the out side and beautiful on the inside. I didn't see any hope for this but my daughter came up with the design. 6 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. Truly a one of a kind piece.
