Don't see many pens posted here. I am another penturner, done well over 300, sold most of them. I have found that plainer pens sell better than those I have done with irregular designs. Pleasing to the eye may not be pleasing to the hand.
Thank you all. I will need to make some more plain pens for when I really start to try to sell. I would like to do a booth at our local fair one of these years. I have been able to sell a couple to my co-workers.
I agree with the above mentioned. I find that the customers like the plain sculpted pens in high figured woods. But these are GREAT!! Keep it up and next thing you know you'll be doing hollow forms. DAMHIKT!
