Very nice piece. Looks like you've done a fine job with the turning and sanding. The grain in the wood is really alive. What finish are you planning on?

I eventually used thinned shellac as a sealer and sanded to 400 grit. Then I used blo and thinner and wet sanded to 2000 and finished it off with BriWax. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out! Now if I could only take half decent pictures, I could show the final effort Sad
