Could you please identify the wood on the second shelf. I looks like mother of pearl from here.

I believe that the two outer bowls are western red cedar (not aromatic). The larger is 12.5" x 3.5". They are from the same burl; I used a McNaughton center saver. I'm not sure what the center wood is; it was once a burl and has similar markings to the other two but as you can see it is much lighter in colour.

Thanks, I use a Woodcut corer and have paid for it in the fist two sales.
