Another beautiful vase, Eduardo. Nice smooth finish, and like that graceful bead around the neck opening. Do you turn it green to a finish, or rough turn it and set it aside to dry? It would be a shame if the wood were no longer available.

I get the wood with 50%wet and turn it and in a week or two is 90%dry then sand and finish

You do some beautiful work, Eduardo. You have probably seen some of the spalted wood and burl wood pieces others have made in the gallery. Do you find anything like that in your trees?

Spalted wood there is plenty but burls are very rare once in a while I see one but there are dificult to get the peruvians dont go for spalted wood,they think is no good wood they fail to see the beauty of it ,but Ill keep on showing some pieces once in a while so queep a look out for some of my turnings Ill post some soon
