Great piece, Carrie. 2 suggestions for the next one. As I look at this vase, it kind of looks like it is melting just a touch. If you can turn more of a concave curve at the lip and give the bottom just a touch of lift, I think you find you have a much more pleasing shape. These are nit-pickin' things for you to look at on the next one. I really do like what you have done with this. Hope you're having as much fun with the form as I did and will when I get back to it. 8^)
