"2 Can Be As Bad as 1, ..."

Another pool ball box inspired by Paul Porter. I said with the 13 that LOML was suggesting more of a knob instead of the tall finial. I also said that she's usually right. Not sure I don't agree with her, again. It may just be my finials, but I just like the knob better in general. This was #3 in the series and I think the best of the bunch. I do have one question I'm going to ask Paul about, but the process is getting better all the time. Chuck is working great. C&C welcomed.

Much to my shagrin, she usually is. But I agree. As I continue with the series I'll decide whether or not to replace the two finials with knobs later. Then again, I may go back to a different form of finial. We'll see. 8^)

Just went back and took another look at Paul's boxes. His finials are more the size of my knob, maybe a touch taller. Maybe it is the heft that I was lacking on the other two balls. Ah, something else to experiment with.

Yep. I've had a whole set for a long time just for this process. Now I can get with it. I'm looking forward to having the whole set sitting on the shelf. I'm thinking that I'll get a good pic of them and price them both as a set and individually. The individual price will be a good bit more than the set price of course. 8^)
