Mesquite Lidded Box

6" tall 3 1/2 wide at the top and base, tapering slightly to where the lid meets the box, walls are 1/8". Just a coat of DO so far, will finish up with some WOP. This was dry mesquite cut down about 5 years ago and left in the firewood pile.

Pretty little box and I like the dark line that run's from the top down the side of the box, nicely done and some real pretty color in the wood also. Thumbs Up!

Very nice. The transition of the curve from the lid to the body is very good. It is quite amazing how hard this can actually be for many.
