Pistachio HF

This is one of my favorites. I like the form and the contrast between heartwood and sapwood and the color and grain.
Finished with DO and WOP then Bealle buffed and Ren wax.

I agree: the wood is stunning. But it does not hide your abilities as a turner. If this had been in cardboard, it still would have had great form & lines

Very nice. I'm still trying to get one of mine to look this good. For me, the contrasts in grain, heart wood and sap wood are the reason I love wood so much. I agree that no matter what it would have been made out of, the form and shape are dead on.
