spalted maple hf

I orginally posted this in Nov of 09. It has been sitting on a shelf in the shop since then because I just did not care for it and never could figure out why. It fell off of a shelf and landed on the fence of my miter saw and broke a big piece out of the upper lip. So I remounted and returned the lip and added a cap & finial.
