It is done. Well almost, I still have two more coats of oil and urethane satin finish topcoat to apply but for the most part it is done.

Is this the same bowl that had the mystery lines inside/outside? Turned out fine.

yes, it is, and you can still them but I have decided it ain't worth worrying about.

That looks about right size for a good batch of popcorn. I don't know if I'd want to get all that butter and salt on it though - it looks way too nice to get greasy. Nice job Phil.

Their should be no problem with popcorn with this bowl. After your done just wipe it out with a paper towel it should be okay.

Hey Chris, I've now seen it in person. There is a large bead that forms the rim. There is a line at the base of the rim, so I understand what it is that Phil is wanting to get rid of. It just won't go away. I believe that we've all come to the same conclusion, it just doesn't matter. The line looks like it belongs there. 8)
