No need to get mad just enjoy the southern Yellow Pine and Sycamore turnings. The name was just too good to pass up. The largest piece (Spooky Dude) is 10.5" high to top of feather and 5" wide
The grain is very striking. Pine can be a bit of a pain to turn and deal with the tear out but if you manage it, it does have some very nice grain that really draws the eye in.
Live long, love lots, and turn fast.
Hey Bill; An interesting threesome..the middle one with a plume reminds me of a Roman soldier helmet. I like that you used pine. It's much nicer than one would think.Good job with it, being as hard to turn as it is.Will Larry Curly & Moe be Next? :-) :-0
