Cremation urn

Cremation urn for my Uncle. He was fisherman on the Bearing Sea for over 50 years.

It is approximately 200 cubic inches in volume. Starting from the top, Figured purple heart lid, maple burl top, 12 segment figured purple heart accent, 12 stave makore body, myrtle wood bottom. Sealed on the inside with table top varnish and finished on the outside with over 30 coats of wipe on poly then buffed and waxed.
