Nested Bowls

Nested False Cypress Bowls. Learnt a lot on these... they have the pith and even after microwave drying the middle one split 3 months later. The big one split on the lathe but I used CA. Then when it was all done my Daughter (1yr old) was so proud of me that she couldn't contain herself and threw her arms, and the 5/16ths bowl, up in the air. The pieces are just sitting there on the inset because it's a bit beyond saving now Sad

They were finished with mineral oil and Beal buffed. Biggest is 8"x2"
