First Segmented Lighthouse Turning

After getting a sled built and calibrated to make 12 segment rings, I tried making a lighthouse with the rings and this is what came out. It took me quite a while to get the hang of segmented building and turning and found many useful tips here on this site. Thanks everyone for sharing your ideas. The center section is made of tapered staves then turned and painted with an interesting paint that is labeled as Granite.

Thanks! It's been the most fun I've had for a long time. People ask me how long it takes to make one and I can't say because I don't really know. I just go to the workshop and enjoy whatever I feel like doing and it's usually Lighthouses!
