Thanks guys. Pepperwood is a bit odd, when wet it turns like butter, but when it dries it's like trying to cut concrete, but this can mean major warping whilst drying. It has a lot of veriations also. in the 5 or so different peppers that I get, some is very bland.

Ruining lots of good wood to get a few average bits.
