Slate turkey call

Turkey call number 4, the pot is made from mahogany and the striker is tigerwood. The pot is 3 3/4" across and 7/8" thick and the striker is 7 3/4" long. Sealed with sanding sealer and buffed with steel wool.

these look pretty nice, Mike. Did you use two slates? Or just a single?

Thanks guys, I'm a hunter both deer and turkey, but turkey hunting is by far the best, you get a really nice show when that old tom comes strutting in most times. Rev, I used only one slate, has a nice raspy sound to it, but I like the glass with the single hole better had a deeper tone to it.
