Yes she did! She told my wife that she doesn't have a good place to show it off and my wife's response was that she didn't have enough pieces yet. I had a huge collection of probably close to 30 pieces and when Christmas day came, more than were gifted were gone. I found my wife had stashed her favorites in her room on her TV hutch so that I couldn't give them away.

Can't wait to hit the lathe again.

I'll hit the lathe again tomorrow after work. I've started a set of goblets for gifts for my sailing friends that make it to the North Americans this summer and I've got a few bowls I'd like to make. I'm not sure where to start but I'm sure I'll decide as soon as I get in the shop again.
