I still love this finial. The simplicity of it makes it one of the best finial designs that I'm seeing on any of the turning forums. Mark, you've really come up with a winner. The top of this one looks to be a bit more square than what you've done in the past. The lowest curve looks like it flattens out in the pic. Is that an optical illusion or did you choose to flatten it? I'm just curious about how other make design decisions I guess. Great looking piece though, regardless. 8-)

Thanks Rev! This is my first attempt at a small vessel and removed to much material to quickly not allowing me to get the subtle curve I was looking for.
