Oak burl Nest set #1

This is a nested set I got from the same burl that my HF came from. The largest bowl in this set is 17" in Dia. It is finished with waterlox.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I use the oneway system to core these bowls. It is a very easy system to use. I returned these the day after they were cored and let them move where they wanted. The big problem on the nested sets was that the wood got wrinkles in the grain that took a lot of sanding to remove. They warped some but not as much as I thought they wood. I dried them in card board boxes and they did well.
