Ebonized walnut suspended box

First off thanks to Bob Hamilton for his excellent vidâ€™s on turning this style of box or bowl. I have been wanting to do some of these for a while but was never quite comfortable with my methods. This is my first and took way too much hand sanding, I hope my technique improves with the number turned or it will be seldom done again. I also wanted to try ebonizing a larger piece than just a finial. Ebonized with the rust and vinegar method and finished with several coats of satin poly. Measures 7X4.25 to top of knob. Thanks again Bob.
