I just saw it on the back cover of the mag and said, "I can do that". Its a pretty simple design. If you notice the crests and the valleys of the key on the inner box align with the fixed and operatable rings respectivley. Each ring is grooved out to fit the key.The fixed rings are grooved in a line and fastened to a plastic vacuum tube that has had 3/8 cut out of the length of it (for the key) and the operatable rings are grooved in the certain location, and spin around the plastic tube, so that when all the grooves in the rings align, the box is opened
