I am very new to forums this is my second week participating I work in a tiny remote corner of Scotland where I run my workshop and a tiny gallery. I decided after having a good season that it might be time to let other turners see my work and do a bit of promotion this is I hope going to be my job for life so I guess I have to do the bits I'm not too keen on like self promotion. At some point I will start to demonstrate I think so I thought I had better say hi to the rest of the world! I am probably a bit crazy but then you have to be dont you????www.bolegallery.com
Very nice. Which tool did you use to hollow it out?

I used a combination of spindlegouges and sorby hollowmaster using both the tip and shear scraper and a home made hollowing tool based on the same design as the hollowmaster but made from a round bar rather than having the flat side on it. I used 3/8 steel which gave me more room to get right into the cornerswww.bolegallery.com
