These are 2 of the ring bowls I did for family. They are Bubinga with Gabon ebony fingers. about 5" across & 1-3/4" tall. Finish is 5 coats of gloss poly.

Thanks Guys the finials are approx 1-3/4" I didn't want to make them to large to overpower the bowls just enough to accent the beauty between the Ebony & the Bubinga.
Wizz,
I gave you enough Bubinga & Ebony to do 3 or 4 of these bowls get moving. Besides I gave one to Robin.
The finish is 5 coats of gloss poly & used 0000 between the first 4 coats I let them cure 24 hrs before I put on a second coat. Thanks to advice from my friends here on getting a nice finish.
Doug,
I personally like the one on the right more elaborate are the finials the one on the left are just 3 small beads.
Dave,
Pat has her fry pan she doesn't need a small 1lb mallet.
Craig,
I give my fellow members here full credit for helping me when I got disgusted with myself they helped me to accomplish this stuff & I am forever grateful to all of my WR family.
