A nut of a house

One for our fine feathered friends. Southern yellow pine, 11 1/2" x 7 1/2", top stained dark walnut, and everything coated with spar varnish.

That is really cool and it turned out really well. Did you drill out the hole for blue birds or did you make it bigger so any small bird could use it... now stop cutting down Dave's pines!!!

Wizzy, It has a 1 1/4" hole. Not to sure what type birds it will attract. Any who find use out in it would be nice!

1 1/4" should be ok for a blue bird or sparrow, most are about 1 1/2", any bigger then you run the risk of squirrels and other unwanted pest. Ya'll did good making it and I do like it.
