Rotate this piece just a bit more clock-wise and you have a wonderful wave crashing along a deserted beach. Very cool piece of wood. BTW, what do you mean by church magnolia? 8-)

I found this tree on the campus of St. Thomas Catholic Church which was destroyed by Katrina. I asked the padre if I could get some wood and make a piece to remember the old church. I made the church a chalice and 6 pieces for my inventory. These peices are a second pass at the three after I got additional orders after I sold out.
