Cocobolo and Turquoise Designer Pen

I made this over the weekend for a family member who was visiting. This is my first try at using turquoise. I tried both thick CA and epoxy for the turquoise. You comments are appreciated.

Very nice pen. Did you cut the groves for the tourquise all the way to the tubes or stop short? I'm curious, which did you like best for the inlay, the CA or Epoxy and why?

I used my parting tool and made V shaped grooves. I did this before final shaping and sanding. The grooves didn't go all the way to the brass tube. I think I liked the CA best. That could just be because the turquoise wasn't sifted as fine for the epoxy though. I must say that I like the look of the larger pieces from the epoxied grooves though....lol
