"Grandma's Vase" 5317

When I was very young and my parents used to drag us kids along when they visited older people, more often than not their living room/dining room area had a vase in it which looked a lot like this one. The color and size might vary, and it may be a little bit more or less squat, but this is a style of vase I have always associated with elderly people. Thatâ€™s why I call it a â€œGrandmaâ€™s Vaseâ€. This one is made of poplar and measures about 9 inches tall.

I know that story. Been in way too many parlors that have that same vase. Just make sure you don't eat the peanuts in those parlors. Bruce, your piece is lovely as usual. Great that we continue to see fabulous work coming out of your shop/studio. 8-)
