Potpourri_with_Inlay

Potpouri Vessel with Pewter Lid and Inlay band. I was inspired to give "Inlay" a try by the recent inlay of Magnanimous. Mine is basic, but it seemed to work well, and I liked the effect. I used inlace and it was a little messy to turn off the excess. It is 4.5 in wide, 3.5 in high, wood is glued up butternut. Finish is Tripple E and Shellawax creme. All comments are appreciated and taken to heart.

Would love to get a better look at this one, its a little fuzzy and ya can't see the top all that well
