I really like the shape of the top of this box. Wish we could see the relationship with the bottom. But I hope you don't mind too much if I dispute the size of the finial. I understand that it is an acorn shape, but in my judgement, far too heavy. Congrats!
yea i had the same thought about the finial, but at the time i was getting flack for making my finials to thin so i wanted to do something with some bulk. oh yea although you really can't see it in the pic i did add a tiny little spike on top of the acorn...i could not help myself.
thanks! yea i know the back ground is to dark, but i have not been able to find a big enough piece of gray poster board yet. so for now i work with what i have.
