Textured Aspen bowl

This is a thick walled bowl from quaking aspen. I left the walls thick (1.75") to provide a surface for texturing. The bowl is 12" dia. and finished with deft lacquer over danish oil.

This is really cool and I like the way it turned out also, you did the wood justice and it shows! I like thick heavy bowls... Nicely done. Thumbs Up!
