Tool Handle with copper collar/sleeve

A tool handle I turned from Black Walnut for Kate's new "Eliminator" tool. The copper sleeve/collar is a 1.5" long section of 1" diameter copper tubing from the plumbing section of your favorite hardware store.

Very nice. There is something about a tool handle you made that makes the whole tool special. I hope it fits Kate's hand well.

Dan nice handle well done ..if u want to try something different try pvc for the collar works good...btw how does the eliminator work?....been eying that and thinking it might be something in the "tool to make" list

I haven't used the eliminator that much. Kate really likes it and Grapenut is nuts about it. I'll have to chuck something and go at it soon, I suppose.

Haven't even thought of using PVC. I guess that would work and it'd be much cheaper too. I'll have to try it once to see if I like it.

Junior, just for you, I'll snap a pic of it next time I go out to the shop.
