I made these as an anniversary gift for some close friends in Ireland. They are somewhere over the Atlantic as I post this. The goblet is Rosewood and has interlocking rings. The pint glass is Black pasha (?) and Boxwood. Goblet finish is walnut oil and lacquer for the pint. I thought the Black pasha and boxwood really captured the effect of a pint of Guinness settling. Oh yeah, the Guinness is a box. 3"x7". Goblet is 3"x8"

Thanks Jim. I would have loved to go to Portland this year, but work kept me home. I will be going to Richmond next year.

yeah, the pint is a VERY COOL IDEA!!! I bet it will be a huge hit!!! it does indeed resemble a Guinness settling!!!

I like them both, when I first saw the pint glass I though it was cammo, they both turned out great.
