another BE bowl

This bowl is spalted, wormy Box Elder with, I know it doesn't look like it in the pic,three coats of wipe on poly and It is 3"X5". I"m still trying to learn to use the John Jordan hollowing set I bought at the symposium last year and I'm doing better but not good yet. I haven"t been able to go out to the shop much lately but I hope to get more time soon.

Nice looking piece. Are your walls even thickness top to bottom? That's the real question. 8)

I very much like that piece. Perfect undercut rim. Looks like it would have the right feel.

Rev, the walls are the same thickness all the way to the bottom, its a little thicker than the rest. I can't get the inside as smooth as I would like yet.
