Purpleheart Goblet

Hadn't done one in a while so threw it on the lathe, think it came out pretty good. smaller than I normally do, size is 1 3/4 x 10 1/2 with friction finish.

Larry, you are one brave soul! I've never had much luck with Purpleheart and wouldn't even think of doing something THIS delicate!! I'd blow it up for sure.

Chris, I think it was a sideways goblet.
Larry, you said small so I am assuming you mean the diameter and not the height. Otherwise, I'd hate to see what you consider to be big. Nice job on this.

Larry, beautifully shaped bowl and nice transition to the slender stem. Would you consider a bit wider base? Very nice work.
