B_E_Bowl

This bowl is very dry, slightly spalted,and wormy box elder. It is 8" X 3 1/2" and finished with 3 coats of Danish oil. I didn't like the look so I refinished it with 3 coats of wipe on poly. I've been trying for a week to get a good pic and finally settled for this one.

Smoky, I like your bowl. I will make a suggestion about your photo. I am no expert but the same suggestion was made to me and it really helped my pictures. Use a single diffused light source from above and bounce light from reflective white or foil covered cards. It will help you eliminate the distracting hot spots on your good looking bowl.
