Big Leaf Maple Vase

11h x 5.5w big leaf maple vase with a bit of burl and a bit of spalting. This one was a lot of fun to turn. It has a coat of waterlox followed by a good Beall buffing. Any comments or critiques are very welcome.

I really like the grain and color variations in the piece, it gives it lots of visual interest. Looks like about 1/8" wall thickness at the top - did you get that all the way down?
