I am really starting to like this finish combo. Looks like it leaves a really smooth finish and a nice gloss to the piece. Nice work, Travis. You done good. 8)
Nice form Travis, great finish. Speaking of which, where did you find Antique Oil? It was my preferred finish for my first few years until I couldn't find it anymore. I would love to be able to get my hands on some!
Thanks Travis. I'll have to check the non-local Ace Hardware when I visit a buddy next. The only one I know of is 40 miles away, but it may be worth the trip. As you have shown the group, Antique oil is probably the easiest and sweetest high gloss finish to work with. All of my pieces up until 2 years ago were finished with it. At least there is hope now, I had all but given up the search!
