I love this piece. The turning is simple while still being quite elegant. The finish looks really smooth. I'm guessing that it is a gloss finish but that your photography skills are hiding that fact. Simply lovely. You did a great job from all aspects as best I can tell. 8)

Thanks guys. Neal, the texturing goes from the rim down to about halfway to the shoulder.
