Covered Beer Cooler

This is made of about 86 pieces of kiln dried ? and ? inch thick glued up scrap boards. The wood is Red Dalmatian , much harder than Blood wood. The size is 56 inches tall and the largest dia. is the covered bowl being 16 ? ?. The base inside out turning is 24? tall x 8? at the widest point. The final, another inside out turning is 3 ? inches in dia. X 12 ? tall. The finish is floor polyurethane and in a couple of weeks will be buffed to a high shine. 7 days of work as with our car spring tools it was necessary to sharpen each every 5 minutes due to the hardness of the wood.
