Spalted Maple and Ziricote

Description: This piece is Spalted Maple with a Ziricote rim. It's 8"wide and 5" Tall. Finish is General finishes Seal a Cell. This piece of maple was a real pain in the neck to turn. It was very soft in places. I had to treat it with Poly all 2000. This made it better but still was a pain. All comments welcome.

Gary, this HF is excellent work, and lovely wood.
I like the inflated shape of it a lot.
