Cascade

Although this is pictured in the featured artist section of WR, I'm going to upload some of the images, including this one, to have in my regular WR gallery. Cascade came from the idea of having one layer of ribbons cascading over a second layer behind. That was the goal on two side of the piece (This picture doesn't show the layered areas as well). I'm pleased with the result but want to explore the layered theme more. This about 9" tall by 7" wide, curly maple.
