Wall Hanging Challenge

11 1/2 x 10 x 1" thick, walnut and maple.

There is a bowl turned off center shallow as it may be. Rings are basicly captured rings uncaptured and just a tad bigger than normal, largest ring about 9" all about same thickness about 1/4" thick.
No hook on the back yet, not sure what is the top.

I like it a lot. What are the woods, especially the rings? How did you manage to turn them without breaking them?

Light color wood is maple, dark is walnut, I kinda turned a plate for the rings then made beads, then parted them off only broke one that I had to redo. wanted to do something I hadn't before, that was a challenge for I hadn't done a captured ring before.
