eee ultrashine is made by ubeaut polishes in melbourne australia and it works as a cut and polish abrasive.

basically it is not a finish but like using sandpaper except i dont think you will ever get sandpaper that fine. the owner told me it cuts at something like 5000grit after use ( provided you sand thru the grades properly up to 1200). you just rub it on the surface, turn the lathe on and use it as though it was a friction poilish.
