Looks pretty cool Smoky. Is this the technique of applying denim in layers like fiberglass sheets to make the turning square?

No Chris, I put the pen tube on the mandrill and glue(ca) one end of the strip of denim to it. I wrap the denim around the tube and add glue as I go. When my wrap gets above the bushing I let the glue dry, then turn it. You really have to go slow to prevent blow outs and may have to add more glue(ca).
