Good looking goblet you've got here. One suggestion I would make would be to slim out the stem. It looks to be a bit chunky to me. Your general shape is pretty good. In fact, the bowl is a shape I've been trying to do and keep getting it too thin at the upper curve. 8)
OK! Like Rev, I've been trying for that bowl shape and it is tough. Good Work. Take a look at the variations of goblets in our recent Goblet Challenge and Trade. Might give you some ideas. I parted (a different for me) goblet last night after getting some ideas there.
Actually, I agree with the thickness of the stem. Plus, had I made the top of the stem/base of the bowl thinner it would have been more reminiscent of leaves. I'll probably do another few like it and might even experiment with carving triangular 'leaves'. I think the wood really is what saves this piece.
