Both this and the pen/pencil set are beauties. But this Olive pen is really an eye catcher. You did a great job with that kit and chose some beautiful wood for it.

The wood was chosen for another reason. this pen is for a friend of mine who is a Pastor. He wanted a high end pen for official signings (confirmation/baptisms/weddings etc.) The Bethlehem Olive was a natural choice.

Fortunately, price was not an issue for my friend. I would be afraid to have a pen that cost that much.

If I didn't know you and had not met you, I would not say this, but I think you need to go back and re-read your second sentence. I really like this pen, the kit is really nice and and the wood is extraordinary.
