Winged challenge Piece

Sorry for the delay. I have been sick since last weekend. My piece still needs some finish sanding, and a couple coats of finish.

Made out of what I belive is Poplar. As you can see it warped some after turning. The crazy thing about this wood is that it will warp and crack right after turning, but within a few days the cracks have disappeared.

Interesting piece here Krayon. The bark inclusion looks real nice. Please post another pic once you get a finish on it.

Nice natural edge piece. The top right photo shows off some very pretty wood too. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished also.
