um....WOW! Very cool JD, what do you use to do the fluting on these pieces? I can imagine doing the outside a number of ways, but the inside to match, what the heck??? Nice work.
Thanks Chris. I use Air die grinders with Kutzall burs to start the inside flutes then switch to padded sanding sleeves on a 12" extension in a hand drill. The outside flutes are roughed in with 4" chainsaw type cutting wheel on a high speed grinder. I also use a flex shaft tool sometimes but they don't have much power.
