Green Silver Maple 5082

This is a silver maple hollow form which was dyed with aniline dye and then judiciously sanded. It measures 6 1/2 inches in diameter by 12 3/8 inches tall

You've really got that dye technique down. There's a term that I can't remember but it means that the wood looks almost translucent. Anyway, that's how that looks. Very nice.
